I Got Naked...Again!

Last week I tweeted that I had made a naughty purchase at Sephora, and yes I've finally jumped on the Urban Decay Naked 2 bandwagon!

This summer I've loved the heck out of my original Naked palette and I really restrained myself in buying the Naked 2 because I thought it would look great in the fall. I broke down and got it around the end of August, but honestly it still works for this time of year if I combine it with the shadows from the original Naked palette.

I'm not too crazy about the mini Lip Junkie or the double ended brush just because I hate tube lipglosses (not to mention this one is border line colorless on my lips) and double ended brushes don't store well, so I doubt I'll get much use out of it although the crease end looks like it would be great since its not too big.

I delayed doing a post on this palette since when I got it I wasn't sure if I could justify having THAT many neutral eyeshadows and end up returning it. But honestly Urban Decay has the best eyeshadow formulation out of all the other brands I've tried and hey, if I'm going to use it I really can't feel bad about having it!

  1. Glad you hopped onto the Naked2 wagon! Honestly, I had the same doubts about the Naked2, thinking that maybe it wasn't necessary to have all that many neutrals, but since I've had it, I haven't stopped using it and actually have been neglecting my original Naked and all my other shadows!

Hope you are having fun experimenting!

  2. Sooo pretty. I've been lusting after this for a while but have never been able to justify spending the money when I have so many bronzey/neutral shadows. This looks so lovely though!

    1. You know I thought the same thing but I made it my mission to either pass on my other neutral shadows that I knew I wouldn't be using anymore or use them up entirely. Its really handy to have all your neutrals in one palette like this, now I hardly buy any eyeshadow so its actually a helpful investment haha!
