This weekend I took a little trip to Bath & Body Works to grab some refills of my favorite scents, and happened to stumble across these little gems!
Bath & Body Works has always come out with new candle holders, but these ones are different because they're square. Having too many beauty products as it is, of course I immediately thought "Hmm, I bet I could put all my lipsticks in there!".
So when I got home, I stuffed all my lipsticks and lip butters into this little candle holder, and it had to be fate because my collection entirely fit into it (25 lipsticks total). I was previously using an old JewelMint box to try and keep everything organized, but because the edges of the box were lower than the actual height of the lipsticks every time I would take one out everything would topple over.
The best part of using these candle holders? They're only $6.50 each at Bath & Body works, so even if you had a huge collection of lip products you could buy a couple of these and still not be breaking the bank. The only thing I would advise you to do is check the edges of the candle holder in the store, some of them are a little bent out of shape (like mine, going to exchange it though) which probably wouldn't be a problem unless you're as OCD as me!
The particular one I have is called the Willow Square 3-Wick Candle Sleeve, but there's also a smaller Willow Square 4 oz. Candle Sleeve that is $5.50.
I really hope Bath & Body Works comes out with new designs of the square candle holders in different finishes, I'm always on the hunt for beautiful yet functional storage solutions!

ReplyDeleteI'm using a washed out B&BW candle jar (it was one of the coloured seasonal ones) to hold lipgloss.
I've actually heard of a lot of people doing that! I'd just be a little too paranoid the smell from the candle would make all my lipglosses smell haha

Slatkin Candles are AWESOME! I've actually heard rumors though that Bath & Body Works isn't going to be selling them anymore, instead I think they're switching to White Barn candles.
