Pros: I only have the Clean & Clear Morning Burst SPLASH body wash in the sample size, but I have seen the full size bottles in stores and they are definitely better looking than your average body wash with the bright colors and funky bottle shape (plus the $5.99 price tag isn't a bad deal)! When you first take a whiff of this body wash, you can immediately pick up on the fruit, but it also has a little bit of a "clean smell" going on as well.
Cons: After only using this in the shower once, the plastic label on the back is already peeling off (I don't know if that happens with the bigger bottles). I don't particularly care for the fragrance this body wash has once you lather it up, it smells just like a bad mixture of soap and fruit! When I got out of the shower after using this, I noticed by skin did feel more dry than normal, which is probably why Clean & Clear doesn't have this body wash listed for dry skin on their website! So if you're looking for something to give you a bit of moisture, this isn't it. The teeny "bursting beads" that are supposed to be "suspended with exotic fruit extracts" don't actually "burst", I found that they stayed hard when I was massaging them against my skin.
Overall: Eh, the full size Clean & Clear Body Washes will only set you back $5-6.00 for a big bottle, but I'd say skip it and save your money. Nothing much about the SPLASH with Wildberry & Guava fragrance is really special, I need a body wash that smells fab and moisturizes my dry skin, this just isn't it!

Is this supposed to be an acne fighting body wash? When I see this I'm confused if it is or not, lf it's a regular bodywash or an acne fighting bodywash
ReplyDelete@Beauty on a College budget I've heard some of the controversy about that, but to clarify, no, it's just a regular body wash. Nothing on the bottle says otherwise!
